Mr. R.V. Rao is a Civil Engineer and 20 years of experience in civil construction in infrastructure, WASH, irrigation Railway lines and high ways. He was associated with USAID / WSUP supported Urban sanitation project in Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation as a Technical consultant. He was worked as independent Consultant for designing of Under Ground Drainage system in part of Visakhapatnam urban area.
