Dr Meenakshii is a senior development professional with over 24 years of experience expertise in Social and Behaviour Change (SBC), WASH, public health, nutrition, and community mobilization. She has worked closely with the government and leading organizations including MoHFW, UNICEF, Tata Trusts, ADPC, and a number of state governments, supporting large-scale programs through strategy development, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement. She also led a Solid Waste Management initiative with Tata Trusts in Varanasi, focusing on SBC-driven community participation, institutional strengthening, and sustainable urban practices.
